        Louise makes you feel very comfortable and looks at the whole picture to try and get to the route of your problem. She provided great advice and specific exercises to strengthen weak areas

        I would highly recommend Louise at Extreme Sports Therapy. Plenty of available appointments to cater for my requirements and most importantly she provides an excellent service. I always leave my appointment feeling more relaxed both physically and mentally. Update: a year down the line and i still see Louise on a regular basis. Who would have thought that i would find a sports massage more relaxing than any other massage. Absolutely worth booking in with Louise!
