Healing Hands Lynzie

I went to see Lynzie recently for a reading and it was a great experience for me, she was kind and gentle and everything she said made sense to me. I feel like I can get back on my spiritual journey with the great advice I was giving on healing and protecting myself. I would definitely recommend Lynzie she is amazing in what she does

I went to visit Lynzie for the first time this week and I am so grateful for her healing energy and spiritual advice. I feel I can now begin to reconnect with my self. I have been very much focusing on work and family and neglecting my own needs and really feel ready now to put my needs first. Lynzie has a lovely calming way and her healing room is a beautiful quiet space. Its funny how you know that you are opening yourself to someone who gets insights into aspects of yourself that you are often keeping hidden from those who know you best. Then I realised I was hiding them from myself rather than facing what I really deep down knew needed to change. Lynzie is really respectful of this and made it very easy for me to face things and I feel so excited that I can now heal and grow. I am looking forward to my next appointment and I am working in the meantime to look after myself more and make time to rest and relax.

I recently had three sessions of spiritual reiki with Lynzie and from the outset I was amazed by Lynzis insight. I can definitely feel an improvement from her healing and spiritual insight, Lynzie raised things that even my close family were unaware of. I fully enjoyed my session with Lynzie and felt a big sense of clarity. I believe its a step in the right direction. I am writing things down and prioritising and I need more of that time to myself. I felt cold and a sense of peace - which is great! I recommend to try reiki to help with anxiety or depression
