I started training with Adam as a 46 year old, overweight and unfit man, knowing it was a case of get fit now or never do it. Five years later I have lost 50lbs, fit into 32" jeans and have more confidence about my fitness and physique than at any stage in my life. I have gone from a couch potato doing no exercise to running 1,000 miles over the past year, and will be doing my first ever London Marathon in 6 weeks, with a target time of 4 hours at the age of 50. The key to this transformation is Adam. He is a great personality, balancing the fun mate with the hard taskmaster, and has become a close friend. At every session over the five years he has managed to push me just that little bit more, without ever leaving me dreading it or lacking confidence that it was doable. We mostly do boxing drills, which for a bloke at least are really great fun, satisfying and confidence-building. But mixed in is a lot of running and core strength work. Give him a try, and I promise you if you actually want to achieve something, you will succeed.
