Had a great reiki session with Trudi that has really helped with an injury. Very friendly, inviting and relaxing! She's also helped with skin products for both me and our dogs. Will definitely be having more sessions!

My first reiki treatment and it was fascinating. Experienced tingles down the right side of the torso at the top but left side on my lower. Wonderful waves of colour across my right eye when Trudi was working on my temples. I came away feeling at peace and ready for whatever life has planned for me next.

Just had a wonderful reiki treatment from Trudi. I now feel centred, grounded, peaceful and calm. This was just what I needed to recharge my batteries and feel more connected with myself and the Universe! Trudi also picked up on my clicky knee (without me saying anything about it). Thank you so much for a lovely, nurturing treatment Trudi!

I cannt recommend Trudy highly enough. She is extremely professional in her approach with such a natural calm and caring way about her, the moment we met I knew I would be in good hands. She completely listened to my ramblings and through all that advised the best way forward, talking me through what would happen. The inner feeling of warmth and peace gained from the amazing Reiki treatment was phenomenal and lasted well into the next day. It made me happy and relaxed. If you haven't found and experienced her healing hands yet, do and go!
