Never ever use Mccarron!!!! Our kitchen was supposed to be finished by July 2021. Now in Feb 2022 and they have not completed the kitchen. Nothing arrived on time, original kitchen was over two months late and this not half delivered originally. Loads of errors with design, staff keep leaving, fitters burst a water pipe in wall and did not tell us. Doors arrive badly made or ill fitting. Replacement doors arrived today 10.2.22. It has taken months to arrange replacements and they turn up as bad as the ones they took away. They have a finisher come who uses loads of filler to make real wood doors look like they have been well made. So much money spent / paid upfront as they request and then nothing but tears, heartache and stress! Unbelievably bad service, never an apology from management and when you call it is always another departments fault. Never deal with Lux Group!!!!! Service: Custom furniture
