I had a great experience with Tiling Supplies Direct! I ordered some Wedi vapour 85 boards, sealant, tile adhesive, and tapes from them before Christmas last year. It took a bit longer than I expected for the delivery, but it was during the postal strikes and the holiday season so I didn't blame them for it. The delivery guy [can't remember his name] was amazing. He was so nice, positive and very kind. All my items came in PERFECT condition. As I've never used Wedi 620 sealant before, after my first order I made so many extra orders of Wedi 620 from them again. And all the time items came on time as promised. Never late, always in good condition. Worth to mention, the price is THE BEST on the market. So I would definitely recommend them and will buy more for my another bathroom project.

Very good service! They squeezed in a next day delivery when I ordered late. Steve the delivery driver directly messaged me with an accurate delivery time. Waited for me to get to site as I was running late and carried it in for me. Refreshingly good service and rare to be delivered direct by the company rather than a giant courier.

Fantastic service from the team at tiling supplies direct. The website was easy to use and the order was delivered quickly. I made a mistake on the delivery address and the team (Deborah) went above and beyond to resolve it so that items were delivered on time.
