        One of my ageing storage radiators was dead. Ian came to check it really promptly despite being really busy, and gave me all possible options (replace with new storage rad/ fit a different type of heater / try repair) and advised regarding costs and efficiency. He was incredibly helpful and had ordered parts, fitted them and fixed it within a few days. He didn't just leave me with a warm house, it was positively GLOWING from the delight of encountering a skilled tradesman who cared enough to check the next day that all was well. It's rare to find someone so pleasant with such dedication and obvious expertise. A true hero.
