This review is for the person "Concierge" who is arrogant and has no customer service whatsoever. I am so glad I didn't get so stay there after reading the review below and the answer from the owner I imagine. So to everyone who will try and book here: Avoid, avoid!!!!!! Answer to your response: proper customer service.... well done putting me on the blacklist...much appreciated

We booked a night here for our anniversary on the 21/01/23 and had an awful time. While the concept of this place sounds lovely, it is not built for cold weather. We had booked a night away expecting the cold, so brought layers and warm clothes but it was unbearable. Ended up leaving before 8pm as the heater in the room was doing absolutely nothing. The owners were incredibly rude in emails to me when I asked for a refund as we didnt even stay the night! Overall would not recommend.

What a truly amazing place, bed was so comfy, didn't know what to expect of a Glamping experience ! Hot tub & sauna a relaxing touch . Making the fire pit up & just chilling in the dark with a drink, listening to nature.... need i say anymore . ..

I think that the lodge cabin was really nice and the whole area around it looked really good. The walkways had lightning down along the hand rails and around the areas such as the spa and sauna area which made it a really nice scene. We stayed in the zebra cabin and it was nice and tidy when we got there. There was no coffee machine like pictured but it didnt bother us too much as there was instant coffee. The main issue we had, which is why this is a 3* and not a 4*, is that the heater would heat up to around 17 degrees, then cut out and we would wake up in 10 degree weather. Even with an extra blanket we was still very cold, so as a word of advice if you stay during winter, bring more then just an extra blanket. Other then that really enjoyed the stay.
