I'm not impressed at all with furniture Village. Waited 3 months for our dining room unit to arrive only to find they sent the wrong size. Unbelievable. I just hope we have not got to wait another 3 months

Ordered beginning October Ordered beginning October, told it will be with me end November/ nothing then recieved confirmation it would be here on the 20th / took unpaid leave received text to say its 20 mins away - never arrived. Emailed furniture village no response, after many phone calls it finally arrived24th Dec/ no communication or apology from furniture village/ would I recommend them - no They will happily take your money but once they have it they are not interested! This is not anyway negative towards the delivery driver - feel for people working for the company

Furniture arrived filthy due to ripped packaging. Was told Id hear from furniture village within 48 hours but not heard a thing. Was asked for feedback on trustpilot where I sent them my photos and despite a response from them saying how sorry they were nothing has been done
