Brooks and Pointon

Brooks and Pointon have recently laid a new roof to our property - using Cotswold tiles - and we are delighted with their work. The quality is first rate, and everyone involved has been very professional and friendly. Our main point of contact has been Nev, who is a fantastic guy - very knowledgeable and helpful. He always got back to us speedily when we needed an an answer to a question, and has been a pleasure to deal with. I unhesitatingly recommend B&P. We will certainly be using them again.

Brooks and Pointon built an extension for us in 2019-20 (plus a lot of landscaping and ancillary jobs). All-in we could not have been happier with James, Danny and their team. We found them to be conscientious, hard-working and professional at all times. There are always little surprises when you tack something on to a 300 year old structure, but overall there were no big or unreasonable issues with the budget or the build. We'd happily recommend them and indeed use them again. Well done guys - we think your business is a model for the industry!

We contacted Brooks and Pointon for an entire rebuild/renovation of our back room to an open plan kitchen/living area. They were tidy, professional, friendly and always turned up every day on time. I would advise using all their contractors to do the work start to finish as it makes it really seamless and they organise it all. Every person here worked so hard to get the room finished as we were on a deadline and they always accommodated every detail for us. They kept me updated along the way and always answered every question I had. I dont normally write reviews and have renovated three properties - they are the only company I would recommend. Super impressed so thank you all that worked at our house for making our vision come true.

I honestly cannot rate this company enough. Danny and Tom are thorough, professional and compassionate. I was executing a massive renovation project on my own and they were the beacon I really needed to see me through. Their quotes were quick and thorough. They spent the time fleshing out requirements and talking me through breakdowns to keep it on budget. They shared my vision as well as brought their own ideas to the table, rather than just being yes men. I cant wait to work with them again. Super people, clearly very good at what they do, and outstanding customer service. I wont be using anyone else.

We had our kitchen refurbished, as well as structural walls changed and bi-fold doors added. We had a lot of requirements, but each one was covered. The quotes were competitive and James and the team did a really good job. They were also able to discover and fix some pretty awful work that was done during the previous extension to the house long before we moved in (before their time, so not them), which became evident during the project. The original expectation of 5 weeks work was exceeded, but with isolation due to Covid during the project which added a week and the issues around supply of some core materials, it was not excessively longer and with good reason. I'd recommend them for sure - good lines of communication throughout and prompt responses to any last minute changes that happened through the course of the project. Great team of guys.
