        Very rude correspondence over email. Not helpful at all. Carried out pressing procedure as instructed and had issues with the vinyl peeling off. Refused to refund order without me sending them a sample of their own vinyl back to them, which i couldnt as it had been used then peeled terrible customer service

        Used vinyl as instructed, completely kept peeling. Refused to refund order. Explained how i used the vinyl and was again questioned after already explaining. Bad customer service

        Other reviews speak for itself. Appalling customer service. Quick to take your money but wont refund for a problem with the vinyl purchased from them. Their answer was to send a sample back a sample that didnt exist as the vinyl had all been used prior to it peeling off garments. Ridiculous! Down my money because they dont admit fault or cooperate. Avoid!
