Worst taxi base around this area by far. At least tell us u dont have cars available instead of lying to customers & then ignoring calls

So yesterday (16/11/2019) i pre paid and booked for a taxi to pick 3 of us from the NEC after a concert I asked to be picked up at 1130pm which i thought was the taxi pick up area At 1130pm i was phoned by the driver and he was trying to describe where he was, i told him where we were and gave him the name of the road, he then told us to wait. After 20 min of phone calls i i finally found out he was waiting for us on car park s7 It is now 12:10pm at this point When i got in the taxi and apologized the taxi driver started to take us home and then said he wanted an extra 6 off us because WE had wasted his time!!!! I said no as it was no ones fault this had happened, he then started to get aggressive and shout at us, then at the island (which had 3 lanes) he then put the handbrake on, turned the engine off, took his keys out the ignition and told us to get out of the car an he wasnt taking us home!! I then phoned the main office to tell them what was going on an was told 'they had known the driver for 3 years and he wouldnt do that' The driver then started the car n took us back home!! Not a service id like to experience again And basically been called a liar about the situation too is not good
