        Cant give less than 1 star or i would. Bloody hopeless delivery service. Cant give a date let alone morning or afternoon delivery time. Only use them if youre housebound but can get to the door quickly

        My actual score is minus 10 stars. 1 for each of the days I've been waiting for my next-day delivery. Tuffnells are a courier company that doesn't actually courier.

        I Waited in all day yesterday and didnt leave the house, having to take a day off work as my purchases were tracked as being delivered yesterday scanned at briery hill, today tracking says the same, scanned yet again this morning at briery hill and out for delivery, 2 days wages gone, ive tried to contact briery hill depot 4 times, put onhold for 20 to 30mins a time only to be cut off every time, obviously my call wasnt important to them, absolutely disgusted with the service and if my purchases dont arrive today i will be looking for compensation for wages lost
