        Prompt delivery great communication, could not find product anywhere else .

        Received lock within 3 days. Removed old lock and replaced with new lock, a bit of a struggle at first and the replaced on door. At first, slight problem and after a quick phone call to the company UPVC Store and some sound advice, lock was replaced and worked perfectly. The problem was totally down to myself and I would like to thank the company for their advice.

        Hinge sizes online were accurate enough for me to order three of them. On arrival the dimensions proved accurate and it was easy to swap them over. Very fast delivery (paid for it though). I would reccomend UPVC store and will shop with them again.
