        Apologies to T Wall Of Kingswinford, it was my fault , I was supposed to take the car in on the 11th , but I just dropped it on on the day , have my car back now , thank you and sorry Neil wall

        Staff in the showroom were not very welcoming and didn't seem particularly interested in asking if we needed assistance. After I had approached two members of staff who were engrossed in a conversation about a TV programme, a salesman was found. He was quite helpful in answering our questions regarding buying a new Puma but unfortunately a test vehicle would not be available for a couple of days. He took our telephone number and promised to call when it arrived......still hasn't called me though. Although the radio advert says "You can get it all at T. Wall", it seems that a phone call is something you can't get. Shame.
