        Excellent after sales service. Luckily I live near their head office so could speak to them in person, but they helped and sorted the issue out (4 years ago now) and it has worked faultlessly ever since)

        I had some issues with a steering wheel interface I ordered for my Fiesta, specifically the parking brake not being picked up by my radio. After some mails back and forth with their technical support it works fine now. Best customer service experience I've ever had! Thanks a lot!

        I bought a Sony android head unit with Connects2 mounting buttons and infodapter. Had various challenges with the installer but once we were on the phone connects2 clarified things immediately. Great service and products feel very good. My only suggestion would be that the documentation could be a bit better and leads could be a tad longer.
