This company no longer exists .I never had insurance documents from them so am hoping they reg windows. Guy called Joe rang back today fro clearsure who are picking up some of their online enquiries and was helpful

Purchased an Endurance door at the start of 2022. Fitted in May and couldn't fault the fitting or the clean up. Quality job. Was told that there was a damaged part and that someone would fix it within a week. Six months later, still hasn't been fitted and replies to emails have stopped. Got passed to a sister company C-thru who gave me the date of 13th October. Still haven't seen or heard from them either. Disappointed. Poor aftersales and lack of confidence, for such a big purchase. UPDATE: NO FENSA CERTIFICATE GIVEN.

First impression were good, and windows installed quicky and professionally. However, 6 months later, some of my windows have moved and now need resealing and a fault with the bathroom door handle. Nobody ever answers the phone (just goes to voicemail) nor do they return calls after you leave a voice message. I've now raised a service request ticket on the website, so watch this space . . . . Update - company has now ceased trading.

Would give zero if I could. Avoid these jokers and their sister company C-Thru Glass. Conservatory roof leaks. Still under guarantee for another 8 years. Ignored repeated requests for it to be fixed.

If I could give O stars it would be! Just spent the last week trying to get hold of someone in this company. No calls answered, emails and voice messages not replied to. Currently have the wrong design bay window that is not installed properly and not sealed. Its winter! Energy bills going through the roof. We changed the windows to be more energy efficient. What a joke of a company. Its been 4 weeks with no contact from them. this is how they treat their customers! Ive even been to Their showroom, which is closed! Believe theyve just left me high and dry: big purchase and now I feel Im left with no fensa certificate and guarantee on the windows!
