        Once purchased and moved in the building firm will take an extraordinarily long time to rectify any faults found in the construction of the shell and contents. This period can and does continue for years leaving most occupants in simply giving up on having their issues rectified by the company. Use of an MP is of some use . However the duration taken can work against the mental health
