Fabulous. Felix and Tim were a delight to work with.They built us two fitted oak wardrobes and a beautiful large bookcase. Great communicators. Responsive and helpful in designing what we wanted. Quality of workmanship superb and prices felt right for the work done. Can't praise them highly enough and recommend you use them if you can. Service: Custom furniture

Tim and Felix worked very closely with us to design and build custom fit shelving, a new reception desk as well as freestanding unit specific to the hair salon. We made it clear that we wanted to use reclaimed wood so they sourced some beautiful scaffolding boards and pine which look amazing. The execution is flawless. We could not be happier with the pieces and cannot recommend these guys highly enough if you are looking for craftsmen who know their trade and can produce beautiful pieces of furniture. Felix and Tim made us a bespoke fitted kitchen out of birch ply including cupboards & drawers, worktop and tiered shelving. They were so helpful and easy to work with throughout the project, from the initial design stages where they took our layout ideas and drew up proper plans, and also provided some really innovative ideas for maximising space and storage with our cabinets. Really knowledgable and able to answer all our questions - we new the project was in safe hands! The kitchen they've built is beautifully finished and they gave such great attention to detail down to the brackets, handles, shelf depth and spacing - everything was covered. There's real craftsmanship in the excellent cupboard and drawer units which feel sturdy and solid, and they installed soft-close mechanisms making the whole thing ergonomic and functional. We're incredibly pleased with it! We were having some renovation work done alongside the kitchen build and Tim & Felix were really understanding and cooperative with other trades people on site. Their communication with us was really good too which we appreciated, keeping us well updated on their progress. They were tidy and considerate while on site too, always clearing up after themselves and leaving the space clean and dust-free. Basically a fantastic job all round - everything we wanted and more! Having looked at a few of the high street kitchen showrooms it's obvious that the work Arbor do and have done for us is incomparable. Truly bespoke, solid and sturdy and made from decent materials! We couldn't have asked for more and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Tim and Felix have done some fantastic work for us and I would recommend them highly to anyone wanting something bespoke and individual. They made us an ebonised worktop, a very large vinyl/bookcase and under-eave storage for our office. We have been very pleased with all the items. Tim and Felix are very easy to get along with, conscientious and tidy.
