I left my cat here for a month while I went home for christmas. The facilities were nice with sufficient warmth provided over winter. The staff are very friendly and were happy to provide updates as to how my boy was doing whilst I was away. The only thing is that he did come home with fleas. I have since deflea'd him and his bedding and the problem has cleared, but just something that I'd like to have known before I took him there as I deflea'd him on dropping him off too. I would leave him here again though as they were so lovely!

Ive always owned cats and have used about 6 different catteries over the last decades. Of all of them THIS is the one Id choose, others were fine but here my very elderly cat gets excellent care. Jacqui gives him loads of affection and all of his various medications. Scrappy is also on a special diet and needs feeding 3 times a day; all this is done without fuss or extra payment. It is home from home to him now. Hes old and needs extra warmth, no trouble - his cat cabin is heated for him. He has lovely views of the garden and can watch all the comings and goings in the paddock beyond. He comes home in better nick than when I drop him off! Once he was a bit off colour, Jacqui noticed at once as she knows her borders so well; she contacted me, I suggested taking him to her local vet as my vet is miles away and I was sure that hers was good. She decided to take him to his usual vet as they knew him well: this is typical of the care cats get at the cattery. They will always go the extra mile for any of their borders. I cannot recommend this Cattery highly enough.

My cat has stayed here maybe 3 times. Always an efficient enquiry and booking service, and Jacqui provides a very caring approach. You can tell that she enjoys her work and loves cats. The Cattery units are of excellent condition and clean.
