Time for You - clinical reflexology and therapeutic massage treatments

This was my first time going to reflexology and it was fabulous! From the moment I arrived, Laura made me feel welcome and at ease. She is clearly very knowledgeable about the treatments she offers and can tailor to suit your needs. You can tell she loves what she does. The reflexology was very relaxing and I would really recommend. I'll definitely be back and want to try all the other treatments she offers. The home made cake was delicious with a cup of tea too!

I would 100% recommend Laura. After just one session of hypnotherapy with her I felt so much calmer about an event in my life that had really floored me both mentally and physically. It was an amazing experience and I will forever be grateful to her for helping me let go of the painful memories that were holding me back . Shes extremely professional, talented , warm and caring - A real gem !

What an amazing experience I have encountered this afternoon with these ladies, so professional and experienced in what they do. I would recommend them so highly, the very best massage and reflexology treatment I have ever had. They made me feel so welcome and at ease, the cabin is second to none, very tastefully decorated. I cant give enough credit to how fabulous Laura is. She has a real passion for what she does which is what makes her and Time For You special. I have curvature of the spine, which I was admittedly a little self conscious of and was starting to cause me a lot of discomfort - Laura has completely changed that! Ive always felt so relaxed, comfortable and walk away feeling so much lighter and more me! The change in my movement after is incredible. I go to her for hot stone/bamboo massages and I could not recommend her more! She gives so much time to you and genuinely builds up a friendship! Not to mention the little life advice/mindfulness she passes on to me without even realising! She is a true talent. Thanks Laura!

Words cant express how incredible Laura is. Laura has made the biggest difference in my life since the day I met her, such a talent and incredible healer of the body and mind. I highly recommend. Her treatment range is wonderful. Shes so welcoming, friendly, kind and understanding. From bodily pains from work and multiple disorders to high functioning anxiety and stress. Seeing Laura regularly is my window of me time and has helped me hugely to manage and understand myself physically and mentally. You only have one mind and body, your mental health is everything and theres always room to learn about new methods, techniques for healing and ways to deal with all aspects of your life.Thankyou Laura x x x
