Have ordered an electric convection fire with Marble surround and a Log burner with external flue. Both absolutely excellent work done by Phil. Both fitted on the day promised and completed the same day. Left house absolutely spotless despite all the brickwork being drilled etc finished product excellent in both cases. Now to the service in shop, I read with disappointment some peoples negative comments, but the lady in the shop is there so the business can carry on, if she wasn't then it would not be as successful as it is. Sometimes people, we all have illnesses and injuries that stop us being mobile and pain sometimes causes a negative approach, however hard we may try to smile, sometimes it just isn't possible. So I can only say from my experience that the Lady in the shop may have been having a bad day, so please dont judge without knowing all the facts as I know her to be one of the most helpful, friendliest and outgoing people in Gosport willing to help and advise anyone and everyone,.. Thank you. BTW I am just a customer not family!

Would never use again 5 yrs on and it's still rubbish as we can't afford to change it. Wrong bricks wrong plater used never again
