Absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of this dentist. I had a few cancelled appointments (hygienist and dentist) but these things happen, finally had an appointment which wasn't cancelled and arrived to find the surgery locked up. After waiting around with a couple of other patients for half an hour or so I decided to call it a day. As I had paid upfront for the service I emailed South Cliff to ask for a refund, 4 months and 8 emails letter they still refuse to comply with a fair request. If you can't provide the service then you should be refunding your patients. I'm sure they'll continue to ignore me and not care that myself, wife and daughters have all moved to another dentist.

Constantly cancelling appointments so far 2 years and no appointment as 3 of them have been cancelled. Do not recommend.

Terrible as are all NHS dentists. If I cancelled the amount these do, I would be struck off the register. SORT IT OUT!!!

Had an emergency appointment for my wisdom tooth within two days of ringing and was promptly referred for an X-ray and given an antibiotics prescription. Reception and dentist was very friendly and efficient. Thank you.
