Went in shop recently. The shop was getting cleaned at 5.15 PM. Didnt see yellow sign straight away. Why would you clean at this time with a soaking wet floor still dirty,staff could have said the floor is wet. Nearly had a bad accident!

Wow just want to say a big thank you to the lovely shop lady Sue in Forton road Gosport. I was having a bit of a day of it trying to purchase some items having to borrow my sons card as I had my purse stolen on Friday night. I had too many attempts on trying the pin and Sue behind the till at the time with out any hesitation offered to pay for the shopping. I will be popping back in soon to repay her but I was just overwhelmed at her kindness especially as its been a bad few weeks so I really appreciated her doing this for me. As a local shop goes everyone who works in the shop are really lovely staff friendly helpful and kind very lucky to have this on my doorstep Thank you again Sue working today 16/3/2022 this afternoon xx

Nice store. Public car park is near by. Produce is at convenience store prices.. but very nice Safeway products. It is accessible to disabled although some may struggle without help (staff are always willing to help where needed). Staff that I have met are friendly and polite.

Mcolls have a good variety of products with friendly staff the shop has a high step to get in so wheelchair acsess is restricted unless you have someone to help you
