        My son did Ruth's Intro to Baking course as part of his Duke of Edinburgh. It was an excellent course, easy to follow online and Ruth was always very quick to respond to him with helpful feedback.

        I did the afternoon tea course at the weekend and it was fantastic. Ruth is such an amazing instructor and we were all amazed at how much we got through and how much we made within the time of the course - plus it was all delicious!

        My son and daughter had booked an Afternoon Tea Course with Ruth for my birthday. The three of us were blown away with how much we created in 3 hours. The most delicious creme pat filled chocolate eclairs, scones and shortbread. Ruth was so patient with us and we had a fabulous morning coming away with the smells of baking in our hair and delicious treats to eat. Would highly recommend. Thank you Ruth
