        Email correspondence for week - arranged to meet to discuss - no show, no explanation and not able to make contact again. Real shame, as would have liked to have a local cake artisit to carry out the work :(

        Nicola absolutely blew us away. Her cakes are the best we have ever tasted. By a mile. And she creates absolute masterpieces. She was very accommodating, nothing was too much to ask, and above all she is an absolutely lovely lady - which is surprisingly important in the cake design process. I cant express enough how you are in safe hands with Nicola and we will be recommending her to everyone.

The beautiful composition as well as the great texture and taste makes me highly recommend these cakes to everyone. Nicola really takes the time to understand what you would like and this produces such a personal result. I find that the cakes becomes an art piece for everyone to be amazed and entertained with at the party.
