        They gave me excellent advice, I rang to enquire about repairing my Karcher 4 which had stopped working. Gentleman gave me some advice about clearing an air lock and the Karcher lept into life! Thank you great service!

        Great service, dropped my faulty Karcher off to JMS and they couriered it back to me good as new well within the 5-6 days as promised. Would recommend.

        Wife called store to enquire about a product, she was disappointed with the staff members attitude. He was unhelpful and abrupt, and everything she asked the answer was no, we cant , we wont , we dont. My wife purchased the product somewhere else with trained and helpful sales staff.
