As an executor, I can say that Spencers in Brockenhurst have handled the sale of a flat in a totally professional manner. Dan Burkinshaw was very polite and informative when he initially came to see and value the property with no hard sell on their services. Hard selling puts me off in all honesty. That is why the decision to engage them was straight forward for me. Communication during the marketing and sales process has been excellent with a sense of reality as to the market conditions. Special mentions for Melanie Gwilliam and Pippa Grant. Melanie was excellent during the marketing period, very good at updating me on viewing feedback and market conditions. Pippa accompanied the ultimate buyer on his initial viewing and handled the process from the offer being negotiated to sale completion. Her updates on what was going on were so very useful. In summary I would definitely recommend Spencers.
