We stayed on Easter weekend as we love staying here as we go back a long way so we like to stay here a few times a year and got top service but we have been a bit disappointed this time the quality of the hotel has slacked 1.quality of some of products in rooms not as good 2.short staffed throughout our stay 3. Sitting in garden no staff to take drinks order 4.service & food not up to standard 5.dogs running loose in garden Thankyou Debbie

Rooms: The rooms are modern, very clean and extremely comfortable. The room rates are competitive for the area and advance booking is advisable. There are some options for larger rooms but the superb quality remains constant throughout. Nearby activities: Ideal for walking holidays as the forest is right on your doorstep. Walkability: Just a few minutes walk into the village centre or the open forest. Food & drinks: The food is exceptional. The hotel source ingredients locally and all meals are cooked to order. The bar has an impressive and really extensive drinks menu.
