Love the refillable options ! Its especially good that it is located at the front of the store so people are more likely to use it. Good selection of items compared to the other local supermarkets. It contains: frozen cook section, post office, slushie machine, ice cream machine and a large mela deal selection. It also has as many electronic scanners and human check outs which is great for keeping queues down and when you want to avoid human interaction.

The staff are not trained properly to provide Post Office services, and today I was kept waiting for 30 minutes due to a technical issue. Training should be provided. One of the shop assistants (girl) was pretty unhelpful and surly. Everyone else was ok. POs in this area are abysmal.

So much better than the tesco nearby. The refillable/raw options are great. We got a paper bag of muesli for the week for a great price and with very little waste except the paper bag. This is what all convenience stores need to aim for.
