        My daughter and her friend attended the full day cup cake workshop last weekend. It was for a 16th birthday present. Both of the ladies greeted us with a really warm welcome. The training facility is located in a lovely rural setting and is easy to find. Both of the girls really enjoyed the workshop and the cup cakes they made were beautiful. I would highly recommend The Carroll Cupcake Company. My daughter said she would like to return and take another workshop as it was great fun and she learnt lots. Thank you ladies.

        I gave Carol very short notice ie, two days, and she produced 12 beautiful cupcakes with a fabulous decoration of owls, (the person they were for loved owls!). The texture was devine and melted in ones mouth. They were for a tea party celebrating a dear friend who was 84. The size of each cupcake was perfect for this occasion. All in all a very successful and delicious treat.
