Broadway Wine Company

Visited broadway wines today as I live in nearby Toddington. We were welcomed by someone (a female assistant) who didnt appear very friendly at all and asked for recommendations.. I said that recently We had enjoyed some French and Italian wines including a really good corbire whilst eating out at the Ivy. She told me we dont sell wines found in supermarkets !! Which I found a little rude. I also pointed out a few wines on the shelves that we had purchased in the past from the co-op supermarket Broadway and from the spar shop in Toddington, so her original comment did not make sense to me, unless she was trying to be rude. Ultimately, we found her knowledge to be not great, so we wont be returning and I will stick with Tivoli wines in Cheltenham.
