Lower Mill Cottages, Broadway Cotswolds

We have just returned fron an enjoyable weekend break at lower mill cottage. This was a return visit for us and our dog who loved exploring the garden. The cottage was warm and welcoming. It is very clean and fresh. Cosy yet spacious and well appointed. It is full of character and furnished in the arts and crafts style with many interesting paintings and decorative items. You can relax in the comfortable sofas in the lounge or in the lovely peaceful garden with a stream running through it. Although it is in a quiet area it is only about a 10 minute walk to picturesque Broadway with its variety of shops and places to eat and drink and access to countryside walks. Also about 20 mins drive to Batsford arboretum. A great base for exploring the area. Andrew, the owner, is extremely helpful and welcoming and just a phone call away if needed. We highly recommend this holiday cottage.

What a delight Lower Mill Cottages are..you can't fault them for location,cleanliness and old fashioned charm.I was looking for accommodation for my grown up family and 2 dogs near the Cotswolds Way as we are keen walkers and pub goers.These 2 cottages side by side were absolutely perfect for all our needs ..well equipped, fantastic garden,cosy and within 10 mins walking distance from the beautiful town of Broadway. Andrew the owner and his staff were efficient to deal with ,nothing was too much trouble and every single family member gave the cottages ten out of ten (even the dogs )!! We will definitely be back.
