Incredibly helpful. I had to access some emergency medication whilst away on holiday and the team here couldnt have been kinder or more efficient. Also thanks to my awesome dentist for emailing over a prescription.

My mother has been let down by this branch on a number of occasions. We first thought she should avoid them on weekends because their locum staff have very limited access to their systems and can't help you much but sadly it looks like they just offer terrible service and are unprofessional. There is no feeling of support or care and the management doesn't seem to mind if their staff upset customers. Sadly, I believe this pharmacy thinks because they have monopoly of this beautiful town, they can get away with treating people badly.

Terrible service and very unprofessional. Not for the first time they failed to answer phone calls.. After several calls someone did eventually answer the phone. I was told to call back after 20 mins. I did 33 times over several hours and nobody answered. I had to drive from Evesham to Broadway to find out whether my prescription had arrived at their branch. It would have taken them no more than 30 seconds to say yes or no. Disgusting and a blot on the pharmacy regime.
