Extremely rude (american accent) lady, who claimed to own the shop, wouldn't allow me to use my mobile phone to text a relative about a Christmas present purchase, who was unable to visit store due to medical issues. It left me speechless how I was spoken to. I did not make the purchase and will not visit again!

Went yesterday with my daughter, the lady who served us was definitely not very helpful, she made us feel that when we asked for an item in a certain size it was a lot of trouble and we definitely felt she thought we werent good enough to be in there. Have been in this store numerous times and never felt like this before. Her customer service was awful we both came out feeling exactly the same

Asked to leave because I had a cup of coffee and telling me it is a clothes shop... Simple solution buy your lothes online and you can drink all the coffee you want.

Went here for a work interview. Although I didn't get the job, the staff seemed wonderful and friendly. Their products were of very high quality, be prepared to pay more for decent quality.
