Ben was absolutely amazing sorting out what was a FAR from straightforward mortgage for my Husband & I. Apart from both of us being self employed, there were lots of other factors making things really difficult. Ben was great throughout though, very patient, explained everything during the whole process, checked in with us to make sure we were happy with how everything was going and also chased things up if needed with other parties. Ben provided excellent mortgage advice to us when we were buying our first house. As first time buyers, we didn't really know much about mortgages or what was involved in buying a house.
