Rude and unhelpful. Even with thousands to spend and flexibility on timings the Goldsmithy are incredibly blunt and uninterested. Very unfortunate as we wanted jewellery made in Broadway specifically. Not recommended.

Popped in to check my ring, as was worried the clip was damaged - the gentleman in the shop was so lovely and assured me all was ok - this ring has HUGE sentimental meaning to me. He was so kind offered to clean the ring for donation - what a lovely man - amazing service !!!

They have some very lovely pieces, set in a picturesque village.

Whilst this guy wasnt able to help us (I suspected snobbery because we bought our item of jewellery online . Perhaps he only helps people who buys directly from him or perhaps he needs to remove the rod stuck up his dark places . but Im usually one for giving the benefit of the doubt) he was in fact really quite rude and dismissive with dealing with the questions we had. We are relatively local to this jewellers and Id have loved to be treated like a human let alone a customer, he barked us out the shop with a very low tone and ugly attitude. Ill be spending the thousands I have to spend on any family jewellery I intend to buy in future. elsewhere!!! If I treated my trade with that low level of human consideration I would not be very successful at all. As well as knowing the metal and stones one should consider the people skills involved in this kind of trade to which he had zero. Extremely rude and impersonal and unhelpful and ungracious and distasteful and disrespectful. Need I go on I think you get the gist definitely go elsewhere.
