You can buy lovely presents like the Blue band collection, handbags,the shop is one of my fav's in Broadway .....we go at least 3 times a year .....and I'm going back tomorrow.......luvluvluv it xxxxx

Wonderful shop, has a great variety of items...cards, pottery, jewelry, handbags, hats and more and more....a must to visit

Absolutely disgusted with the outburst of the checkout worker today, my fiance and her disabled friend were in the shop browsing and an accident occurred, of which a glass container smashed on the floor due to the lid not being on properly, then followed an absolutely disgusting response with the 50ish year old worker. He ignored my fiance twice who offered to pay for the damages but instead received this response. Then to top it off, he literally shouted down the street, arent you going to come back and pay for that of which they did, then after paying full costs of the damage, he then said that was a bit rude to walk off. Then proceeded to shout with a very disgruntled voice just get out of the shop. Unfortunately as this shop is only a small franchise, the complaint cannot go to head office of which I would have suggested they look at customer service and how to deal with unfortunate accidents in the future. I can safely say, we wont be shopping in this shop again.

I have been ordering from All of my heart for a couple of years now and they are always so friendly and helpful, emailing me when stock has arrived, truly a fantastic business with lovely staff. Excellent service as always .
