Complete replacement of central heating and hot water systems (Boiler, cylinder, tvr's, radiator etc) We were not looking forward to this. It was however a genuine pleasure to work with Tom and his team. They were professional, meticulous, and very much aware that they were working in somebody's home. Nothing was too much trouble. We have no hesitation in recommending them and will be using them again

In many ways our bathroom was a disaster cheap, badly planned and it leaked. We were recommended H&D by a neighbour. Tom, Craig and team rose to the challenge of remodelling our cross channel ferry sized en suite to great effect. Planning was swift and backed by detailed (accurate) estimates. However, it is their operation and on-site professionalism that differentiate H&D from our past building experiences. Their schedule is an agreed plan of work not a vague promise: changes clearly communicated and amended. H&D tidiness was exemplary and disruption to home life minimal. Their quality of work and consultation on issues: first class. End result we have a fabulous en-suite that weirdly due to good design and execution seems bigger. We can H&D recommend unreservedly.

HD Heating have recently completed a substantial project for us spanning around two weeks, namely: complete stripping and renovation of our en suite bathroom; modernising our old hot water system by converting it from vented to unvented; and flushing our central heating system. We could not be happier with the various outcomes and heres why: 1. Tom and Craig conducted a thorough reconnaissance before hand, taking careful note of our preferences but also nudging us in the right direction as to the art of the possible. The shower cubicle and fittings that they sourced on our behalf were very much what we would have chosen. 2. We did not obtain any other quotes for the work but sensed that Toms figures were reasonable for the substantial amount of work involved. In the event, although the jobs had taken slightly longer than anticipated, the final bill was as per the original quote. 3. Tom, Craig and the rest of the team were a delight to have in the house. Every inch of vulnerable carpet was protected by special sheeting, they brought their own hoover and all tools were neatly stowed at the end of each day. Further, each team member seemed to treat the job in hand as if it was for their own home. 4. The workmanship particularly the tiling and attention to detail of the final finish is of very high order. Needless to say, they come highly recommended. Mike & Patsy Brumage

HD Heating and Plumbing upgraded our elderly central heating system and installed a new gas boiler. Tom and Dan completed this work with great care and little disruption. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Tony Wolfe
