I was very impressed with Jack before i even met him, he runs his company professionally with great customer care, excellent communication and very quick responses to any queries. I needed a sad lilac tree pruning, this was further convoluted as we live in a conservation area, requiring completion and submission of very detailed forms. Jack did this for us, quickly and very efficiently which was an immense relief. He is very knowledgeable and obviously takes great pride in his work and hes also very mindful of taking care of the trees and natural environment. It was a pleasure doing business with Jack at Kneller Trees, will use them again without a doubt and would highly recommend their services.

I have used Jack and Knellers for three years now and have always been impressed . I am the Head Gardener of a large churchyard with lots of trees to manage. Jacks team is reliable, professional, knowledgeable and sympathetic. Their work is always proportionate and helps to prolong the life of the mature trees we have. Jack is a thorough professional, full of knowledge and helpful advice. He came to us to prune our silver birch trees, tidy up the wisteria and Virginia creeper, which hes done magnificently. Importantly for us, Jack has kept the beauty of the trees through sensitive and thoughtful pruning, something that is so easy to get wrong, yet hes maintained their graceful shape for the coming year. They came to cut back a neighbours Leylandii which was overhanging our garden and shed - a tricky job as it was a very large tree and most of the debris and branches came down in our garden. They not only did an excellent job on the tree but cleared up our garden beautifully, which we very much appreciated. Very pleasant young men to deal with.
