Really impressed - contacted WFAP on Monday evening - engineer Martin arrived Tuesday morning having rung in advance - sorted out the problem in 30 minutes - absolutely first class service and experience from start to finish and very reasonable charge.

Martin was excellent. He tried his best to come up with a solution which worked for us. We discussed various ways to keep the costs down and to allow us to carry on with our teeny business which is more a hobby than a business.

Saw that there was a reputable company local to me that serviced offices in London. Emailed them on a Monday and said that I would prefer to bring my low use domestic printer (rather than junk) to their workshop rather than have a guy visit. No problem and the next Saturday was booked for my visit. In the meantime I read a couple of reviews. Saturday comes and I arrive at the workshop. A few minutes later a transit arrives with a We Fix Any Printers sticker so I knew I was in the right building. The guy takes the printer into the typical workshop with plenty of printers and I show him my printer output. "Drum" he says. I asked his name and he says Martin. "Oh" I said "You are the famous Martin." He looked rather shocked and I said "I had been reading reviews of the company and his name usually popped up". Relieved he confirmed it was the drum, cleaned the printer and suggested that I get in contact with the supplier as only 9% of drum life used and already playing up. Did that and then the suppliers were terrific too. A new drum arrived within 48 hours (under 1 year guarmatee) but I did need Martin's independent report. Saved getting a new printer on Martin's experience and advice. Great for me and for the environment. Thanks Martin and to your team.
