My Jessie is a typical terrier and hates most things. Laurie has done a brilliant job. Although Jessie is not keen on going she always comes out a very happy puppy. Looking very smart. Highly recommend

By far the best groomers, my dog has been to so many and came back with clipper burns and open cuts where they got carried away with trimming his fur. Poor baby was petrified to set foot in any groomers and when I was told about top to tail it was the best decision I have ever made, such a kind person and knows her stuff, he came out happy wagging his tail and even took treats from her which he's never done before, treated my boy with the most amount of respect and worked with him not against him. Wish I could give more stars and definitely recommend it to everyone especially if your dog has had a bad experience, this is the best place to come.

I am so glad I was turned away from my first grooming place because the puppies had some matting in their fur. It was a sign. I contacted Laurie and waited for my appointment for my Puppies. I was nervous because this would be Their first groom and Id never left them with anyone outside of the household or the vet. When we arrived my puppies took to Laurie and her daughter straight away. I was so surprised but felt at ease immediately. I went away and returned. I saw a pup the same breed as mine and kept looking, I didnt even recognise my own puppy. They looked AMAZING! I keep my babies clean and neat but they looked Incredible after their groom. Neat tidy, soft and smell amazing! God clearly steered me to the right people. They are lovely, warm, professional and experienced people and I am looking forward to seeing them again. We have definitely found our regular groomers!!! Thank you so much Top2Tail
