Awful Experience! PLEASE AVOID Absolutely shocked at my experience with Giorgi London. I purchased 2 items on the 07/02/23 which both arrived on the 15/02/23. One was lovely & as described the other item was the correct item but the WRONG colour. I had sent the item back requesting it to be changed to the correct colour and if they did not have the stock to request a refund. I paid and sent this back as instructed on the website, which is a signed for delivery. This was sent back the following day after receiving the item 16/02. A few days had passed and I had no feedback on my return/confirmation it had been received (was a next day signed for delivery). I then emailed the address provided on the website under 'contact us' and completed the form (more than once) which explains 'Our office hours are open Monday- Friday 9:30am- 5pm. In these hours we will answer any emails and direct messages, we aim to respond within 24 hours this excludes weekends and public holidays.' Still had NO answer. My emails were now receiving a bounce back saying they cannot be delivered. 27/02/23 - 11 days after sending back a signed for delivery still NOTHING. I reached out to Hollie the owner on Instagram as I did not know what else to do? No emails were being delivered and everything was being ignored. She replied quickly that she will look into this, they were having trouble with the emails & then asked for proof that it had been returned as they could not find it. I had sent all the tracking proof and pictures of the confirmation that it was delivered and signed for. Since the 28/02 I have had no reply via Instagram. I have had no reply at all via email requesting for a update. I have not had an exchange for the incorrect item nor a refund. This is disgusting! I am STILL waiting for a reply and its been 5 weeks since I purchased the item. Will never use again & would recommend you think twice before buying. Please AVOID!
