    Matrix have been an absolute nightmare to work with over the past few weeks. We have been a customer for 15 years and the service has just deteriorated over time, coming to a point over these past few weeks. We have been waiting for a demo on the system for one of our new starters for the last 2 months. On top of that we have been had telematics and dashcams booked in 4 times now and each time the subcontractor they use has failed to install it in full despite clear instructions each time. The first time booking we required one kit to be removed from a van and install into another. They sent 2 engineers out but neglected to inform each other of the job required and then didn't even remove the full kit. The second booking we required 2 installs and the remaining removal, this time they told the engineer that they were installing on one van only. So the second van and the removal did not take place. The third time they again only sent 1 engineer who could not fit the dashcams as there should have been a second engineer and neglected to send him with a set of ladders. We have now had to book this in for a fourth time in the hope they can get it right this time.
