Timperley Station Post Office

Agree with the other bad reviews. Post office man clearly hates his job, he has been very rude on multiple occasions always has an issue. I then take the parcel elsewhere and it is accepted, I won't try here again.

Post Office Avoid Avoid Avoid!! Customer service is shocking, twice this has happened now.. Post Office Master is rude and disrespectful obviously not happy in his given roll. Two poor experiences at the post office now, wont be using again.

A small post office counter inside the Spar grocery shop on Park road near the Timperley metro station. Operates a one-at-a-time at the counter with a request to queue outside if someone is being served. Beware that the post office counter hours are shorter than the shops', generally staffed from 7 am to 5 pm on weekdays and 7 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday. Was 3 stars but lost one for the random "closed for 10 minutes" sign put up over 15 minutes ago and another for the passive aggressive hand written signs everywhere.

Update: -10stars , very Very poor customer service at the post office , very unlikely to help in any way, post master in wrong job or counting the days until retirement very argumentative and rude , will keep serving shop customers and totally ignore post office queue , will not even acknowledge your presence . Shouting he knows his job when in fact he clearly does NOT, he even rubbed the barcode on a package with a wet thumb then stated it won't scan.. apart from being the wrong barcode he was attempting to scan!! another post office scanned the correct barcode and accepted with no issue ! Anything to avoid doing work . I use eastway and broadheath now. Much better service , knowledgeable and friendly. I would advise EVERYONE avoid park road po until he leaves .
