Pot luck at the moment whether they're open. Random time closures for lunch, Weekends shut and close at 4pm now midweek. I know they have staff shortages but it's annoying not knowing. Hopefully it will get sorted when they hire more staff Update: Post office is much better now. No random closures. Open 9am until 4pm Monday to Friday. Not sure about Saturday.

Dodgy company to work for (Amacor) that didn't even pay you proper holiday pay. For example, if you're on a four hour contract, but work an average of 16-20 hours a week within the year, they will only pay you four hours worth of holiday pay if you decided to take a week off. Everyone knows holiday pay is based on the average amount of hours you do within that year, and not based on your contracted hours (ask citizens advice or any union). When you confront the management and area managers about this, they lie to your face and claim because they're only a small company, they're not eligible to pay you anymore.

Dont waste your time! Tried posting an item 3 times last week and again today - closed during lunch hours which have varied between 12 and 2.30.

Never open over lunch, they close the till at random points in the day and youre made to feel like a pain and like you are asking for the biggest ask in the world for trying to use a service. I honestly dread going here and do my best to avoid! Dont bother and go to Eastway where theyre reliable, efficient and friendly. The guys at Eastway never make me feel unwelcome. Looks like this has been an ongoing issue but when is the owner going to address it?
