Nothing short of impeccable! From beginning to end the team were superb with us, brilliant in their consultative approach and in their range of granite, we found the perfect one for our kitchen, the rest of it was effortless on our part - they took care of everything. Installation day was a dream, a total breeze, the team were efficient, friendly and the job they did, a complete wow factor that MAKES our kitchen. Cannot recommend highly enough! We were recommended to go to Cheshire Marble and did so to replace our kitchen worktops with quartz. From first to last the company were helpful, friendly and accommodating, most importantly during the process of measuring up, adapting to our particular requirements, and manufacturing a solution that perfectly fitted our needs. The Company were initially very helpful a few months ago as I wanted a large area quartz counter top for my new kitchen island, sink and back splash and utility sink. all went well and installation too. I returned this morning as I wanted 4 small shelving pieces made out of quartz for shower areas and I know they have off cuts that may have worked for the job. I asked if they do this and I wasnt informed no. So i only spent approx 15 min looking off cuts when I was suddenly informed by the guy that he didnt have time to spend all day for such a small job. He then was about to say Ill leave you to wonder around when I interrupted him to say I will not bother. I felt that just because this time I wasnt spending thousands of pounds this time he wasnt really interested. I would have been very happy to wonder around looking at the hundreds of off cuts on my own if he had said this first to me as I appreciate people are busy but telling me not worth his time I felt wasnt good customer service even if I hadnt spend a lot of money only a few months ago with the company. So I will not use or recommend them now. I will go where no job is too small for them. Services: Countertops, Quartz countertop installation & repair
