Brilliant gym; in fact at least two gyms in one. The weights equipment is top notch, with plenty of the equipment you need, and none of the stuff you dont. Great free weights areas. Always tidy and clean. The boxing area offers a range of bags of different sizes- heavy bags, aqua bags speed ball, wall bag all top quality gear. The basic open gym membership gets you use of the weights and boxing equipment, so is great value. The one on one boxing coaching is brilliant. The people who come in here are a varied bunch, its not a boxing crowd and not at all intimidating if youre new to a boxing style gym. Its a serious place though- people dont come in here to mess around. Pretty quiet during the day on weekdays, busier after 5 during the week but not too busy and great atmosphere. Even if you dont want to box, its great watching. Loads of kids and ladies come here, so its a good mix. Darren makes sure he knows every member by name and theft makes you feel at home from the off. Great place, highly recommend.

Great gym for those wanting to train solo, or get involved in boxing and circuits. Darren the owner is approachable and helpful. Highly recommend
