I just purchased my new car from Terence he was very helpful and informative just what I needed especially as I was purchasing from Northern Ireland and only going by personal video Terence sent and his description of the vehicle it was all very worrying for me purchasing this way but I needn't have worried the car was as Terence described I flew into Manchester and stayed overnight Terence very kindly collected me from my hotel and brought me to the garage to collect my car even on his day off and texted me to see how I was getting on driving the car back home to Northern Ireland not many salesmen would do that so thank you Terence

I dont usually leave bad reviews but I if you are looking to get MOT/Service then avoid avoid avoid. They failed my car for windscreen washer, it took them 7 days to fix it and they overcharged me for this. I was left with no car for 7 days. What made matters worse was when I would call for updates, the service advisor, Ben walker would speak to me in a very condescending manner. I am very dissatisfied with my experience here.

Waste of time. We were selling a car and got a valuation from them online. The man who appraised the vehicle agreed it was in great condition and found no faults. He told us the valuation we had from them isn't market reflective and that the offer would be 1,200 less than we were originally offered. We drove 45 mins in 2 separate cars to have them low ball us. Don't waste your time, I bet they do it all the time hoping for people that just want to get rid of their old cars. What's the point in a valuation in if it means nothing when you get there.

I helped my father aged 87 purchase a used car on a distance sale. Terence Lee the sales executive was excellent. This was the first time a family member had purchased a vehicle on a distance sale. The process was smooth from start to finish. The personalised video walk around of the vehicle and the on line compliance discussions were very helpful in making a decision. The vehicle was delivered to my fathers home and he is delighted with it. Thank you Terence and Evans Halshaw for an excellent experience.
