When deciding to open up a cryotherapy business, we took a long time looking for the right machine. We (7CryoHealth) came across Cryoniq Ltd, and from beginning to end their service was second to none, meeting all time schedules we wanted, nothing was too much of a bother for Alastair and his team. The incredible customer service didn't stop when the delivery of the machine was completed, we are now 9 months down the road and Alastair is still there for us, for advice, help with anything, etc. Alastair also reaches out to us to check if there is anything we need, it's not just us contacting him! Their Cryo XC is nothing short of amazing. It truly is a wonderful piece of kit and has really set us off on an amazing path.
